Westland Seeds is a pepper breeding company. Our breeding program focuses on the development of new pepper varieties - from the sweetest to the hottest. In combination with our global distribution network we sell our seeds all over the world.

For our location in De Lier we are looking for employee:

Pollinator
As a Pollinator, you and your colleagues are responsible for the pollination of pepper flowers. You remove the stamens and manually apply pollen. For this, accuracy is more important than speed. Together with your colleagues you strive for the highest possible quality.
You will also be involved in other work in seed cultivation outside of the pollination season (think extracting the seeds, disinfesting, sowing, transplanting, collecting samples etc.).

We ask:

What you bring is a structured and accurate work attitude. You enjoy working in the greenhouse and have a flexible and positive attitude. You enjoy working independently and have a collegial attitude. You live in the Westland or surrounding area.
Experience with pollinating peppers is an advantage. Communicative Dutch or English language is a requirement.
